Signature Landscapes provides landscape design services including landscape plans, advice, and solutions for install. Whether you are after a lush tropical oasis, layers of green, or low maintenance planting we are here to help and we will create a plan that meets your requirements.
We start with a landscape consultation meeting where we will provide ideas to tie the landscaping in with the house and surrounding environment, discuss sun/shade areas, soil condition, plant styles, hardscape ideas, colours, and provide a booklet of ideas to guide you through the process. We can produce plans for residential and commercial clients nation wide.
We draw from years of experience managing landscape projects to enable us to provide independent landscape and planting advice that adds value and allows many of our clients to save thousands on both the design and install process. Transform your garden with the team that has nature in our name.
OUR SERVICES
Landscape & Planting Advice (Landscape Consultation) 45 minute initial consultation including the site visit: $190+gst
(clients are welcome to take notes and there is no obligation to proceed to a plan if you choose not to)
Landscape Plan We start with a landscape consultation visit ($190+gst) followed by a landscape plan - this is presented in the form of a 2D digital design following your landscape specifications. The plan may include but is not limited to: planting, paving, decking, pathways, pergolas, pools, spas, & fireplaces.
Our pricing is competitively priced at:
Up to 250m2 (small front or backyard) $990+gst
Up to 500m2 (large front or backyard) $1190+gst
Up to 1000m2 (full residential section) $1390+gst
Above 1000m2 or a lifestyle block - please enquire
All plans come with a planting list/schedule (plant name, quantity, pot size) and sample images of the finished landscape result supplied free of charge.
